Generation One Resource

At GenOne, service is the business. It is organized into a cooperative whereby employee-members provide contracted services to a client/principal through the labor service agreement. Employee-Members are paid by the coop for their services and the coop bills the client/principal for the cost of the services (payroll) including a service fee in exchange for the administrative work done by the 'coop' for the client/principal. The service fee constitute as the 'income' of the coop where the surplus (net of expenses) is distributed to all eligible members based on their share in capital and their participation/patronage of the services of the coop.
